Our Roblox Game Developer Club is the perfect place for young creators to turn ideas into interactive worlds! Whether you’re a beginner or already familiar with Roblox Studio, you’ll learn how to design, code, and publish your own games — all while having fun!
 

What You’ll Learn:
 

Game Design Basics:
Understand what makes a game fun — learn about levels, challenges, characters, and how to engage players.
 

Roblox Studio Tools:
Get hands-on experience with Roblox Studio — build environments, create 3D worlds, and bring your imagination to life.
 

Coding with Lua:
Learn the fundamentals of scripting in Lua, the programming language used in Roblox Studio, to make your games interactive — control movement, add power-ups, create leaderboards, and more!
 

Design Thinking:
Discover how to plan and prototype your ideas before building — think like a real game developer!

Graphics & Animation:
Add style to your creations with custom textures, animations, and effects that make your game stand out.
 

Gameplay Mechanics:
Create goals, rules, and rewards that make your game exciting and keep players coming back for more.
 

Team Collaboration:
Work together with other young developers — share ideas, build group projects, and learn teamwork in a creative setting.
 

Playtesting & Feedback:
Test your games, get feedback, and learn how to improve through real player experience.

Game Publishing:
Showcase your final project by publishing it on Roblox for friends and family to play!

Fun Challenges & Projects:
From obstacle courses to adventure quests, every session includes creative tasks to help you apply your skills and build confidence as a young game developer.

Important Note:
We will provide laptops for all participants during the sessions.
Please note that school Chromebooks cannot be used, as Roblox Studio cannot be installed or run on Chromebooks.

Fee
The fee is 3500 SEK, including the laptop rental fee.
